1. Assistance requests
| Setting | Recommended |
|---|---|
| Workshop | Only the chosen workshop sees the vehicle's data. |
| What is happening? and Where | The closest option; “Remotely” for a first opinion without moving the vehicle. |
| When suits you? | Up to three times in 60 days; nothing is fixed until the workshop confirms. |
| Quote: amount, currency and days | Fixed price or range including VAT; the customer accepts it before you start. |
| Payment method | It only records how the customer paid in person; it charges nothing. |
2. Work orders
- “Assigned to”: who will do the job; they will see it in their schedule with “Only mine”.
- “Starts” and “Ends”: they take up the slot in the schedule; if you only set the start, the end is one hour later.
- “Read”: adds the fault codes from a workshop read to the order.
- Cancelling an order asks for confirmation.
3. Your workshop in the network
| Setting | Recommended |
|---|---|
| Appear to private customers | Turn it on if you want drivers to choose you as their workshop. |
| Appear to workshops looking for a network | Turn it on if you accept associated workshops. |
| Accept requests automatically | Off, if you prefer to review each one. |
| Short introduction | Specialties, opening hours or area, without personal data. |
4. Tracking, notices and support
- Tracking: seeing the route needs another person's approval and security key verification. Ask only for the period you need.
- Notices: for each notice, choose whether it arrives inside the platform or by email. Mandatory notices always arrive inside the platform.
- Support: choose the topic and the priority; the highest only if you cannot work.
5. Shop
- “You buy as”: “Business or self-employed” if you buy for a business; we will ask for your tax details.
- Equivalence surcharge: check it only if your accountant confirms it.
- Delivery and payment: the cost is recalculated when you change the option; disabled payment methods are not available for that order.
Tip: Each of these settings has a “?” next to it with its short explanation and a link to this guide.
