What your IT person needs to know so ECO-LITE connects first time.
| Band | 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (the unit does not see 5 GHz-only networks) |

| Outbound | TCP 443 to the platform and UDP 123 (time) |
| Not supported | Networks with a sign-in page (hotels, cafés) and WPA-Enterprise with username and password |
| MAC filtering | The setup page shows the unit's MAC to register it in the router |
| Hidden networks | Supported: type the exact name in "Other network (hidden)" |
With no Wi-Fi where the car is parked, the driver's phone can act as a hotspot when a session is needed.
