Delete your account and data
You can ask from the platform, from the app or by email. Here is what is deleted and what the law requires us to keep.
Last updated: 4 October 2026.
How to ask for your account to be deleted
From the platform or the app: sign in at app.diaglana.com (in the app, Home › “Privacy and your data” opens that page), go to “Privacy and your data” › “Your requests about your data”, press “New request” and choose “Erase my data”. We will ask you to confirm your identity with the second factor. The request is recorded with its date and its reply deadline, and you follow it from the same place.
By email: write to info@reprorace.com from your account's address with the subject “Delete my account”, giving your name and, if you have one, the organization. If we cannot check that you are the account holder, we will ask you to confirm it from the platform.
We reply within one month at most (two more months if the request is complex, and we will tell you). You can withdraw it while it is in progress. Signing out of the app also stops the phone receiving your notices.
What is deleted
Your account and your access, your profile and preferences (language, notices, appearance), the phones registered to receive notices, your consents, your expert profile and your community posts, and your requests and messages that the law does not require us to keep.
Your units and vehicles stop being linked to your account and can be added to another one. If you belong to an organization (a workshop, for example), you stop being a member; the data the workshop processes as controller, such as its customers' reports, are its own and are handled with it.
What we keep, why and for how long
Invoices, orders and accounting records: six years from the last entry (article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code) and, for tax purposes, while the tax authority can check them (article 66 of the General Tax Law).
The rest of the account's data is blocked (article 32 of the LOPDGDD), available only to courts, authorities and for our defence, during the limitation periods (generally five years); then it is deleted. Security and audit logs are kept as long as those purposes and the legal periods require.
Pseudonymised recordings of diagnosis sessions are kept for 5 years and the approximate usage location for 24 months, as the privacy policy explains; neither can identify you without the account's data, which will no longer be available.
More information
Each processing is detailed in the privacy policy. You can also ask only for a copy of your data, correct it or restrict its use without deleting the account, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
