Can the workshop access my car without permission?
No. Every remote session requires pressing the unit's button, and it is logged.
Does it drain the battery if left plugged in?
Very little: the unit sleeps when the car is parked and wakes on bus traffic or the button. ECU flashing does not start with a low battery.
Which cars are compatible?
Cars, vans and trucks with an OBD socket from 2005 onwards, 12 or 24 V. Support for each function depends on the manufacturer and model.
Do I need to install an app?
Not to connect it to Wi-Fi: the phone camera is enough. The Diaglana app is optional: it lets you accept hand-overs, ask for assistance and see your history.
Can I change workshop?
Yes, from "Your workshop" in your account. Depending on the policy in force, some changes may have a fee; you will see it before confirming.
I lost the label, how do I connect it?
Sign in: in the device list, "Wi-Fi code" shows the code and its QR.
What happens to my data?
It is processed under the GDPR. From your privacy centre you can see who has accessed it and download it or ask for it to be deleted.
