How a remote session works
The workshop asks for access, the driver authorizes it with the button and everything is logged.
- The driver asks for help from their account (Remote assistance) or the workshop starts the session with its customer's vehicle.
- The ECO-LITE in the vehicle flashes blue and beeps. The driver authorizes with a short press or rejects with a long press.
- Once authorized the light stays steady blue. The workshop works from the platform or with its tool connected to ECO-LITE TOOL.
- When finished, the workshop closes the session. It is logged: who, when and which unit.
Where: Remote sessions › Live sessions (workshop) · Remote assistance › My sessions (personal account)
Tip: Nobody can access the vehicle without the driver pressing the unit's button.
