| My technician does not see the tab they need | Their role does not include it. The workshop's administration assigns the right role in Users and permissions. |
| The customer does not authorize the session | The session waits for them to press the unit's button. Ask them to check whether it flashes blue; a long press refuses it. |
| The Internet dropped in the middle of a session | The unit keeps the session state for at least 10 minutes to reconnect without resetting the control unit, while the authorization and the consent remain valid. |
| Can I use my own diagnostic tool? | Yes: on your bench with the ECO-LITE TOOL, or on the PC with Diaglana PassThru (J2534, RP1210 or D-PDU). |
| I can't attach a read to the order | Only finished reads with codes from the last 30 days can be attached, once per order, on planned, in-progress or on-hold orders. |
| What does each fault mean? | Press the code: you see its indicative description, severity, typical causes and sources (guide “What a fault code means”). |
| I cleared faults and they came back | If the cause is still there, the control unit records them again. The clear result says so: “there are active faults that came back”. |
