| Can someone get into my car without me knowing? | No. Every remote session requires pressing the unit's button and is recorded: who, when and with which unit. |
| Can anyone else watch the session? | Up to 3 observers per session, read-only and with the workshop's permission. They cannot send anything to the car. |
| Is my VIN stored? | In the vehicle's details the platform keeps an encrypted fingerprint and the vehicle type, never the serial number in clear. The full VIN is only seen by global administration with another person's approval. |
| How do I withdraw a permission? | In Data & approvals › Privacy and your data. It stops being used at once. |
| Am I being located? | ECO-LITE units have no GPS or modem: they send no position. |
