The unit does not connect or shows as “offline”
What to check, in order, when the unit does not reach the platform.

- Look at the light: breathing green means online; slow amber means it has a saved Wi-Fi but does not reach the platform; cyan means it is waiting for setup.
- Check that the network is 2.4 GHz and has no sign-in page (hotels, cafés): the unit does not see 5 GHz-only networks.
- If you changed the Wi-Fi password or the router, hold the button for 6 seconds (cyan light) and choose the network again.
- If the router filters by MAC address, register the MAC shown on the unit's setup page.
- If it still does not connect, open a request in Support with the unit's identifier.
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| I can't find the unit's DiaglanaOBD- network | Hold the button for 6 seconds until the light turns cyan. The network closes by itself after 15 minutes without use. |
| My phone does not join the unit's network | The network accepts WPA3 and WPA2. Try another phone or a laptop; at most 2 can join at once. |
| I lost the label | In the list of units, “Wi-Fi code” shows the code and its QR. |
| The code on the label no longer works | Someone changed it with “Change the code”: the new one is in “Wi-Fi code”. |
For advanced users: the unit needs outbound TCP 443 to the platform and UDP 123 for the time. WPA-Enterprise networks with username and password are not supported.
