| I sent units to a workshop and it does not see them | The workshop has to accept them in Tools › Transfers and warranty when it receives them. |
| How is a sale attributed to me? | When the buyer reaches the shop from your website through your link and accepts it: it is remembered for 30 days in their browser. |
| Can I use my own brand? | Yes: Network › Branding for your workshops. A custom domain is approved by the Hub. |
| A unit in my network is faulty | Open the repair from the unit in Transfers and warranty. Do not send it until you receive the instructions. |
