| Who issues the pre-purchase report? | A workshop that uses Diaglana, from a full read. You receive the signed report with its QR. |
| How do I know a report is genuine? | Scan its QR: it opens the verification page with the signed data. |
| Does the report replace the roadworthiness test or an inspection? | No. It says what the control units answered, not the mechanical condition. |
| Can I see where my vehicles are? | Only with units that have GPS and with a valid consent. ECO-LITE units send no position. |
| A vehicle leaves the fleet: what do I do with the unit? | Unplug it and move it to another vehicle, or transfer it to another organization in Tools › Transfers and warranty. |
