Fleets and dealers
How does a repair shop issue a pre-purchase report on a used car?
A shop on Diaglana issues it from a full reading of the vehicle with ECO-LITE: it gathers what the ECUs answer (identification, the mileage each one stores, trouble codes, recent clears, real consumption and battery) with a four-level verdict and any inconsistencies it finds. It comes signed, with a QR code anyone can check on the verification page.

Who issues it, and how?
A shop on Diaglana: it runs a full reading and presses “Issue the report” on that reading; if issuing has a price, it sees it beforehand. A dealer with its own shop issues it itself from Remote sessions › Diagnosis.
Whoever buys or sells receives the report signed with its QR code, and anyone can check that it is authentic.
What does it contain?
The vehicle's identification, the mileage each ECU stores, trouble codes, recent clears, real consumption and battery, with a four-level verdict. It flags what does not add up: a VIN that differs between ECUs, or an odometer that does not match the others or the engine's usage.
On electric and hybrid vehicles, if the same device reads the high-voltage battery within 24 hours before or after, that reading goes into the report, signed.
What doesn't it replace?
It is not a mechanical inspection, nor does it replace a state inspection or a professional's check. It does not look up the vehicle's history or stolen-vehicle databases and does not read airbag data.
Mileage that does not add up is a clue to check, not proof of tampering.
How does a dealer use it?
To appraise a trade-in, to give the buyer a verifiable document and to decide what to check in the shop before selling.
With ECO-LITE in the OBD port, the reading is done from the platform: the engine does not need to be started, and it can also be read with the engine running.
The devices are in pre-production or presale: figures may be adjusted after validating the first units. Whether a given tool, program or make works depends on that tool, program or make.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know a report is authentic?
Scan its QR code: it opens the verification page with the signed data.
Does it detect rolled-back mileage?
It flags when the mileage differs between ECUs or does not match the engine's usage. It is a clue to check, not proof.
Does it read every make?
It reads whatever the ECUs answer over the device's protocols. Which data each one stores depends on the make and model.
