How does a distributor sell devices and plans to its shops?

What does a distributor do on the platform?

It sells and distributes devices to shops and supports them under its own brand. From Tools it manages its devices and transfers; from Network, the shops it serves and the brand they see; from Commerce, the catalog and pricing, the shop, the price preview and the vehicle API.

If a device in its network fails, it opens the repair from the device itself under Transfers and warranty and waits for instructions before shipping it.

How are sales from its website attributed?

With a link to the shop that carries its referral: if the buyer comes from its website and agrees to it being remembered, the sale is attributed to it for 30 days, with no third-party cookies.

The referral is stored on the order and does not change afterwards.

How are plans sold to shops?

With subscriptions: each plan has its amount and its renewal (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and gives one license per protocol per unit purchased, valid while it is paid. The seller grants the licenses to the shop's devices.

If a charge is not paid, by default it falls due after 7 days, the plan's access is suspended 7 days later and the subscription ends 30 days after the due date; the seller can set its own terms, and paying what is overdue restores access at once.

The platform's Hub approves a custom domain for your network; ask for it from Support.
