How do you build a repair shop network under your own brand?
On Diaglana you create a master network organization, add your partner shops and share devices, support and your brand with them: logo, colors and your own domain for your shops and their customers to sign in. The brand only changes the look: each shop's permissions are managed separately and the driver still authorizes every session.

What is a master network?
An organization that serves other shops: it adds them as partner shops, distributes devices to them (the shop accepts them on receipt), supports them and applies its brand. Each shop keeps its own account, people, customers and work.
Network relationships and each tool's protocol licenses are activated, suspended or revoked from the Network tab, and every change goes into the audit log with its reason.
What can you customize with your brand?
The logo for light and dark backgrounds, the icon, the colors and a welcome message your shops see, on the web and in the app. With your own domain, your shops and their customers sign in at an address of yours, for example diagnostics.yourshop.com; the platform's Hub approves that domain.
Each brand profile keeps its revisions, someone else approves its publication and applying it to a shop has dates, up to 366 days per publication.
How do the network's shops help each other?
One shop has the car in front of it while another, or an expert, works from their own desk: ECO-LITE stays in the car and the expert plugs their tool into ECO-LITE TOOL. During the session they coordinate with messages, prompts and photos.

What does the network need to start?
Your network organization, the invited shops and one ECO-LITE for each car they will serve remotely; to work with a tool, one ECO-LITE TOOL per workstation. To agree on volume, timing and network terms, talk to sales.
The devices are in presale: reserve them in the shop or with a volume quote.

Frequently asked questions
Does the brand change the shops' permissions?
No. The brand only changes the look; permissions are granted by role and by person in each organization.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your shops and their customers sign in at an address of yours; the platform's Hub approves the domain.
Can the shops in my network work as experts?
Yes. A shop's administration gives the expert role to its technicians, who publish their profile and, once approved, get hired on the marketplace.
