What does the ECOPRO Gen4 subscription include, and what if it is not paid?

What does the plan include?

Firmware and feature updates for ECOPRO Gen4 while the plan is paid. Diaglana signs the versions and the unit checks them before installing; if something goes wrong after an update, it rolls back to the previous version by itself.

The plan comes with the unit: when you reserve ECOPRO Gen4 you choose yearly or monthly payment.

How much does it cost?

Yearly or monthly: €119 a year or €11.90 a month · US$119 a year or US$11.90 a month. Paying monthly costs somewhat more over a year than paying for the whole year.

The unit costs €699 · US$699 in presale; the plan is added to the unit's price.

What happens if it is not paid?

ECOPRO Gen4 keeps working with the version it has, but stops receiving firmware and feature updates.

You can stop renewing the plan from Commerce › Subscriptions: it stays active until the end of the paid period and then ends.

Do ECO-LITE and ECO-LITE TOOL have a subscription?

No: you pay for them once. Their updates are also signed by Diaglana and arrive through the platform; some are mandatory and install when it is safe to do so, without interrupting a job in progress.

Each device's functions (protocols and services) may also depend on the licenses or plans it has, and the platform shows you which ones are active.

The devices are in pre-production or presale: figures may be adjusted after validating the first units. Whether a given tool, program or make works depends on that tool, program or make.
