How does the presale of Diaglana devices work?
Every Diaglana device is in presale: there is no stock and no delivery date yet, so today you reserve them rather than buy them. Reserve your unit in the shop or ask for a quote if you need several, and we will let you know as soon as you can buy it.

What does it mean that they are in presale?
That the devices are in the last stages before series production: ECO-LITE and ECO-LITE TOOL are in pre-production, with the first units being validated, and the ECOPRO Gen4 board is still in development. We do not promise a delivery date we cannot guarantee yet.
Specifications may be adjusted after the first units are validated; the product pages say so.
How much do they cost in presale?
ECO-LITE, €129 · US$129; ECO-LITE TOOL, €199 · US$199; the remote kit, €299 · US$299; ECOPRO Gen4, €699 · US$699, with its updates plan (€119 a year or €11.90 a month · US$119 a year or US$11.90 a month). These are presale prices: you see the final price, with shipping and taxes, in the shop before confirming.
ECO-LITE and ECO-LITE TOOL have no subscription.
How do I reserve?
In the shop, with each device's “Reserve (presale)” button. If you need several units for a shop, a network or a fleet, pick devices and quantities in the configurator and we email you the quote, with no commitment.
For distribution or network terms, talk to sales.
What terms apply to the purchase?
Those of the published terms of sale: prices with taxes depending on the destination, shipping, warranty and, if you buy as a consumer, 14 days from delivery to withdraw.
Once you can buy, you track the order from your account and download its invoice there.
The devices are in pre-production or presale: figures may be adjusted after validating the first units. Whether a given tool, program or make works depends on that tool, program or make.
