Subscriptions and plans

Where: Commerce › Subscriptions

"Your organization's subscriptions" shows your plans: quantity, amount, how often they renew (monthly, quarterly or annually) and the next renewal.

• You can stop a plan from renewing: it stays active until the end of the paid period and then ends.
• Plans start on the chosen date and renew at each cycle.
• What each plan includes (protocols and services) is enabled on your units: see "Enabled features and licenses".

Protocol licenses in plans: each protocol gives one license per contracted unit (a plan with quantity 3 gives up to 3 licenses of each protocol) and lasts as long as the plan is paid. It is granted automatically when there are no more possible devices than units.

1. In "Protocol licenses in plans", look for the "Pending" ones and read why they are waiting.
2. If a device has to be chosen, press "Grant" (if you sell the plan) or "Choose device" (if you subscribed to it).
3. Choose the device and, if asked, the compatibility and the binding. Confirm with your passkey.
4. The seller grants it at once. If you are the customer, the platform grants the chosen device as soon as it confirms it; until then you see "Chosen".

Tip: You need the permission to grant protocol licenses. A device chosen for one unit is not used for another, and never more licenses than units are granted. If you lower the quantity, the licenses already granted remain.
