Helping other workshops remotely: expert profile, bookings and payouts.

An expert helps other workshops or private owners remotely: reads, guides and, if allowed, writes to the vehicle. Work always happens within a remote session authorized by the driver.
- Your workshop's administration gives you the expert role in Administration › Commerce and payments › Expert marketplace › Workshop experts.
- Fill in “My expert profile” (introduction, specialties and services with their price) and send it for review. The Hub approves it.
- Customers hire you from Community › Experts: quote, appointment, remote session and report.
- When you finish, the customer confirms the job (if they don't, it completes on its own after 72 hours) and rates you from 1 to 5.
- You are paid into your workshop's connected account. For services billed by duration, the amount is held on the customer's card and the exact amount is charged when the session closes.
- The platform keeps a commission that you see on each booking. “Expert payouts” is in Administration › Commerce and payments › Payments.
- Disputes are settled by the Hub. You can appeal a decision about your profile for 6 months.
