The essentials to keep your car connected to your workshop without losing control of your data.

With a personal account you see your unit and your vehicles, decide who gets into your car and ask your workshop for help. Your account has these sections: My vehicles, My device, Remote assistance, Commerce and Data & approvals.
1. Getting started
- Create your account (guide “Create a personal account”) or accept the hand-over your workshop sends you.
- Connect the ECO-LITE to the Wi-Fi where the car is parked overnight (guide “Setting up ECO-LITE”).
- Add it to your account with the claim code on the label, if your workshop has not handed it over to you already.
- Choose your workshop in My vehicles and, if you like, install the app to get your notices on your phone.
2. Day to day
- When your workshop asks to connect, the unit flashes blue and beeps: a short press authorizes and a long press refuses. Without your press nobody gets in.
- To ask for help, go to Remote assistance › Ask for help and describe what is wrong with the car.
- In My device › Diagnosis you see what your unit can read from your car: live values and fault codes with their explanation.
- In Data & approvals › Privacy and your data you see who can reach your unit and withdraw an authorization whenever you want.
Tip: Something not working? See “FAQ by profile”: the unit does not connect, the car does not respond, privacy and payments.
