What does it cost a repair shop to start remote diagnostics?
To read trouble codes remotely, all you need is ECO-LITE in each customer's car (€129 · US$129 in presale, no subscription). To work with your usual tool you also need ECO-LITE TOOL on your desk: together they make the remote kit, for €299 · US$299. Every device is in presale: today you reserve them, you cannot buy them yet.

Which devices does a repair shop buy?
It depends on the work. To read and clear codes, watch live data and get the report, one ECO-LITE in every car you want to serve: it stays with the customer. To code or flash with your tool, one ECO-LITE TOOL on your desk, which serves all your customers because it connects, session by session, to the ECO-LITE of the car you are working on.
If you program on the bench every day, ECOPRO Gen4 is the shop's professional station: multichannel CAN FD, DoIP, K-Line, J1850, SW-CAN and 10BASE-T1S, for 12 and 24 V.
How much is each device?
Presale prices: ECO-LITE, €129 · US$129; ECO-LITE TOOL, €199 · US$199; the remote kit with both, €299 · US$299; ECOPRO Gen4, €699 · US$699. You see the final price, with shipping and taxes, in the shop before confirming.
The ECO-LITE TOOL charger is not included: it needs a 65 W USB-C Power Delivery charger, or 100 W for 24 V vehicles.
Are there fees or subscriptions?
ECO-LITE and ECO-LITE TOOL have no subscription. ECOPRO Gen4 has an updates plan: €119 a year or €11.90 a month · US$119 a year or US$11.90 a month. While the plan is paid, it receives firmware and feature updates; if it is not paid, the unit keeps working but stops receiving them.
Use of the remote tunnel is only charged if the platform has an active rate; your usage appears under Administration › Payments, in “Remote tunnel usage”.
What if I need several units?
Ask for a quote in the configurator: pick devices, options and quantities and we email it to you, with no commitment. For a network or a fleet, talk to sales.
You can grow later: add more ECO-LITE units for your customers whenever you need them.
The devices are in pre-production or presale: figures may be adjusted after validating the first units. Whether a given tool, program or make works depends on that tool, program or make.
