Expert profile and marketplace
Offer your services to other workshops and to customers.

Technicians at master workshops can publish an expert profile with their specialities, services and rates. Customers find them on diaglana.com and hire them from the platform.
- Your workshop's administration gives you the expert role in “Workshop experts”.
- In “My expert profile”, complete your introduction and add your services: name, speciality, mode, price type (per hour, per session, fixed price per service, per vehicle, “from” or quote) and amount. The platform keeps a commission the client does not pay on top; you see it in each engagement.
- Press “Submit for review”. Diaglana reviews the profile before publishing it and lets you know its decision.
- You can edit it and submit the changes for review, or withdraw it from the marketplace whenever you want.
- For a “Per session” service you choose a model the Hub allows: fixed price (yours or the Hub's), by actual duration (rate per minute or hour, blocks, rounding, minimum and cap) or a fixed fee plus duration. The client sees the estimate before hiring; “Pay” only holds the amount on their card and, when the remote session closes, the exact amount is charged: the rest is never charged and, if the session runs past what was preauthorized, the difference is charged separately to their card (if that fails, it stays as a balance due).
- To be published, the workshop must have master units connected in recent days. Diaglana can authorize exceptions for specific people.
- The price you set is what you receive for the work; the customer also sees the platform service fee and taxes.
- Granting or removing the expert role is recorded in the audit log.
- Diaglana reviews profiles in its Hub: it approves them, rejects them with a reason, suspends or reinstates them.
Tip: If you disagree with a profile that was not approved or was suspended, use "Appeal a decision" in My expert profile within the next six months. A different person of the team reviews it and we notify you of the result.
