Training: courses, mentoring and plans

Where: Training (the “Training” button in the top bar)

In Training you learn with real experts: self-paced courses, mentoring packages of several sessions and live sessions with limited seats. If you have a published expert profile, you can also teach.

1. Open a course in the catalog: preview lessons can be seen without paying.
2. Tap “Buy”, “Join for free” or “Use my membership”. For a paid course, first tick that you want to start now.
3. Follow the lessons and their quizzes (pass mark 70 %). When you finish you get the PDF certificate with a code anyone can verify.
4. With a mentoring package, ask for the time of each session; the expert confirms it with the video call link.
5. In “Plans” you subscribe to or change the membership, the workshop plan or the expert Pro plan, and cancel whenever you want.

• You pay the expert through the platform's expert payout account: the price includes their VAT and you see the service fee before paying. Only the bank's notice confirms the payment.
• A live seat can be cancelled with a refund up to 24 hours before; a package, as long as no session is confirmed.
• Plans include the VAT that applies to you. The free trial charges nothing until it ends; if you change plan, the unused part of the paid period is taken off the new plan's first charge.
• If a plan charge stays unpaid, after the grace days the membership stops giving access until you pay it.
• To teach: “Teach” › “New offer”, add the syllabus (text, video or file, or a link) and tap “Send for review”. A Diaglana person publishes it.

Tip: Without the Pro plan you can have a few active offers at a time; with it, unlimited, with a lower commission and first in the catalog.
