For workshops
Remote diagnostics: the car does not have to come in
With an ECO-LITE in the customer's OBD port, your workshop reads the vehicle from the desk: faults, live data, control units and a report you can share.
Why it matters
- Know before it comes in
- Decide remotely whether the car has to come in, which part to order or whether a service function is enough.
- A report anyone understands
- Fault codes with their system, inspection readiness, live data and the control units found.
- The customer decides
- Nobody gets into the vehicle unless the driver presses the device's button. Everything is logged.
- History per vehicle
- Every reading is kept in the vehicle's history to compare with the next one.
How it works
The customer asks for help
From their account, or the workshop opens the session with its customer's vehicle.
The driver authorises
The ECO-LITE blinks blue and beeps. A short press authorises; a long press declines.
You read the vehicle
Choose what to read and the platform returns the report, ready to share.
What you can do
- Read and clear fault codes
- Watch live data and record a log
- Get the vehicle ready for inspection
- Identify the installed control units
- Run reviewed and signed service functions
- Test the battery and charging

Frequently asked questions
Does the customer need to install an app?
Not to connect it: the ECO-LITE joins the Wi-Fi with the QR code on its label and the customer authorises sessions with the device's button.
Can the workshop get into the car whenever it wants?
No. Every remote session requires the driver to press the device's button and is logged in their privacy centre.
Which vehicles are compatible?
Cars, vans and trucks on 12 and 24 V with diagnostic protocols from 2005 onwards: CAN and CAN FD, DoIP, K-Line and SW-CAN. Compatibility of each function depends on the make and model.
