The mobile app: notices on your phone and opening with a code

The Diaglana app for Android and iPhone uses your same account. From Home you can get your notices on the phone and open with a code what you are looking at on the web.

1. Sign in to the app with your account and choose the organization.
2. On Home, under “Notices on this phone”, press “Turn on” and allow notifications when the phone asks.
3. From then on, every new notice of that organization also reaches the phone. Press “Turn off” to stop them.

1. On the web, in Data & approvals › Mobile app (or next to a unit, in Tools), press “Open in the app”.
2. In the app, in Home › Open with a code, scan the QR code or type the 12-character code.
3. The app opens that organization (asking you to confirm it if you were in another one) or the unit.

• The notification only says you have a new notice: the content shows when you open the app, never on the lock screen.
• You can mute a kind of notice on the phone from the web's bell › Settings, column “On the phone”. Mandatory notices cannot be muted.
• In Data & approvals › Mobile app you see which phones receive your notices and can remove one (for example, if you lose it). Signing out of the app stops the phone receiving them.
• The code works once, expires after 5 minutes and is only valid for your account: it gives nobody else access.

Under “More”, the app brings together what your organization manages on the web, depending on your permissions: the shop and its orders, manual sales, payments, invoicing and taxes, import and export, subscriptions and demo units, marketplaces, contacts and campaigns, notices, privacy and, in the Hub, the platform, agent keys, community moderation and experts.

• The actions are the same as on the web and need the same: if one needs the second factor, the app asks you to “Verify identity”.
• Those that need a passkey (licenses, IP access, the organization's consents) open that screen of the web in the phone's browser; closing it brings you back to the app.
• PDFs, labels and exports open with the phone's share menu: from there you save, print or send them. To import, you pick the file on the phone and see the simulation before applying it.

Tip: If the app says notifications are not available, update it from the store: they come with a new version.
