Signing in and protecting your account

You sign in with your organization's account. If you do not have one yet, ask your workshop's administrator for an invitation: you will receive a link to create your access.

• Only critical actions ask you to confirm your identity again with a second factor: seeing protected data (VIN, exact location, captures), exporting people, changing permissions and roles, keys, outgoing money, signing or publishing firmware and procedures, and irreversible erasure. It lasts 12 hours. Afterwards you return to where you were.
• Some actions also need another person's approval. Pending requests are in Data & approvals.
• Change the language with the globe selector at the top right. Everyone chooses their own.
• The bell shows your notifications: hand-overs, orders, sessions, updates and support replies.

Tip: If you see "Your account has no sections assigned yet", ask an administrator of your organization to give you a role.
