What Diaglana is and what you need
The platform, the units and who does what.
Diaglana connects the vehicle with the workshop remotely. The vehicle carries a Diaglana unit plugged into its OBD socket; the workshop works from the platform (web and app) and, to use its own diagnostic tool, from an ECO-LITE TOOL on its desk.

There are three kinds of account on the platform:
- Workshop or organization: manages its units, customers, technicians, sessions and purchases.
- Personal account (driver): sees their unit and vehicles, authorizes sessions and asks for help.
- Master network: a workshop or distributor that serves other workshops under its own brand.
Tip: To work remotely with your usual tool you need an ECO-LITE in the vehicle and an ECO-LITE TOOL on your desk.
